Minor visual variations in color, texture or finish may occur due to screen display differences and manufacturing tolerances; such minor variations do not qualify as defective goods.

All prices shown on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices do not include sales tax, shipping fees or other applicable surcharges unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed under the incorrect price, even after order confirmation has been sent to you.

Shipping times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may be caused by carrier issues, weather, holidays or inventory shortages. Mariner Grove llc shall not be liable for losses, damages, costs or penalties resulting from delayed delivery.

Risk of loss and title for ordered products pass to you upon physical hand‑off of goods to the shipping carrier. Responsibility for lost or stolen packages after carrier pickup rests with the customer. You are responsible to provide complete and accurate shipping address. Additional fees may apply for address correction, reshipping returned‑to‑sender parcels.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
